Order a stock item on 20th Aug supposedly despatched on the 25th and still no sign of it , a complete joke , and to be fair the cost of delivery should be no more than 2 days

I made a large order, with delivery to Sweden. The order was cancelled, with no call made to me. My efforts to talk to someone to find a delivery solution were frustrating. First someone said you could deliver, but it would be expensive, and they would quote me. I heard nothing back. I was then told that delivery was not at all possible when i emailed again. I took the large part of the business elsewhere (a UK based supplier who made it very easy, with very well priced delivery) and made a smaller order with you, only because i could not find the parts with other suppliers. Having made the smaller order, it then went 5 days with no word from anyone. When i emailed to ask what was going on, i was told there is a delay as you are busy. FINE...but would have been nice to know that, or receive some communication before chasing. You have a great website and range, but the service i had for the most part was poor.

I had to chase up delivery as they had not been sent and no communication of the problem. Also product arrived broken, a new replacement was sent within a day but over all disappointing this time. James

Still haven’t received my goods from my order made over two weeks ago now, very poor passage of information provided or customer information/ updates, on where or when my goods will be delivered? Have had to chase customer services twice now on situation. Overall NOT very impressed with customer services at all.

Curtains are a nightmare to move along the rail, keep getting stuck on the screw heads. I'm going to buy some flathead screws and see if that's better

Eight days after ordering still no parcel or email so I phoned to enquire where my parcel was. Told it was out of stock and hadn’t got around to phoning me. Item back in stock in roughly a week so I cancelled the order.

Great products ,but your postage to Ireland for the mallest of parts is ridiculous- only jumping on brexit bandwagon. I sourced them in germany and delivered from twice the distance for half the cost!.

Why sell black gloss wheels and a fitting kit that has shiny silver bolts, when you sell black wheel nuts.

Ordered roof bars for Caddy. Bars fit well but end caps with locks do not! None of the 4 locks fit the slot they’re supposed to. Disappointing.

Not what I thought they where, was expecting the plastic mirror cover not a thin covers that just cloaks the mirror. Managed to trim it down a and super glue it for a temp fix. Not bad product of you wish to just cloak but I didn’t notice or read anything to describe it clearly

Customer support a bit pants. Attitude is a bit crappy at times too! They’ve had the same recording whilst on hold - have items fit for free which actually hasn’t been a thing for ages!! And the time it takes them to answer the phone is Diabolical!

Purchased new T6 wheels and tyres. Wheels great but tyres below an acceptable standard and had to be immediately changed.
