“Very pleased with our 150 x 400 slate house sign. Excellent quality and secret fixings brilliant. Our instructions to the company to place the pre-drilled holes in a slightly different position than central were observed. The parcel was delivered by Royal Mail; good that it was very well packaged as, despite fragile stickers, delivery driver dropped it into our metal parcel/post box.”

“Not the best customer service I’ve had . Slow to respond and sent to wrong address ( wedding gift ) even though I had been in e mail correspondence with them after an online purchase . Product fine although having bought from them as Valley Mill the presentation & packaging was more basic . Could do better .”

“I have given 3 * instead of 5* as you didn't keep me updated and nobody answered the phone and the mail box was full. When I did speak to someone eventually I was told they were having issues which in my opinion made it more important to keep in touch via email. Customers need to kept informed when parting with there hard earned cash. Luckily our friends appeared thrilled with the gift but doesn't excuse how it was dealt with sadly.”

“I have no complaint about the product, but communication and delivery were short of what I would expect. Having been given an "expected" delivery date, I waited until the next day to find out where my purchase was. I was informed that my purchase was being personalised on the day I rang and would be delivered the following day. Whilst I have no issue with being given an "expected" delivery date, I would expect to be updated when things change. Apparently, I am expected to sit around for a few days awaiting delivery. No tracking option was provided, either. It is a shame that these issues should taint what otherwise was a great experience. I was even called by sales who advised why my design wouldn't work and how best to address this.”
