“I’m really disappointed with the lack of quality in the products I received. I had bought Valley Mill coasters and place mats before and they were thick slate with cork stickers. They’re now super thin with felt stickers which makes them slip all over the place. Place mats not fit for purpose.”

“Very pleased with our 150 x 400 slate house sign. Excellent quality and secret fixings brilliant. Our instructions to the company to place the pre-drilled holes in a slightly different position than central were observed. The parcel was delivered by Royal Mail; good that it was very well packaged as, despite fragile stickers, delivery driver dropped it into our metal parcel/post box.”
