“I love how I could mix and match what I wanted, and everything being bundled into colours on the website made making a cute matching box super easy! It was really well received too - the socks were "mad cute and confirmed comfy."”

“I love using treatbox it’s a great and easy way to get some nice gifts for my loved ones when I don’t always have time to go out and buy things. The only problem I’ve had is the last 2 times I’ve ordered they haven’t come in a letter box sized box but instead wrapped up in another bigger box which has meant I’ve had to re arrange delivery of collect from the depo. When you work full time it’s not always possible to do these things so it has made it more difficult to get the gifts in time. My first few orders always came in the letterbox sized box and it was great as they would be there when I got home. Just maybe something to consider.”

I am so sorry to hear of the box size inconvenience! We certainly do have our letterbox friendly TreatBox's. This will however depend on the recipient's letterbox size, the service used (special delivery is a signed for service), the postie delivering the box and whether you have added larger add on items to your order. I can also see from your last two orders that you chose our Send to me to hand over in person option which means the following: If you are placing an order and you want the order delivered to you first, so that you can hand the gift over to the lucky recipient, please select - Send to me to hand over in person - We then ship your amazing gift in extra packaging so that you can hand it over with no address labels or tape on it. “I saw Treatbox on Instagram and wanted to send a pick me up to my partner but was a bit dubious as never used anything like this before but I'm so pleased I did! There are loads of products to choose from and they are good quality as well, very very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend and use again! 😀”

“Order Number: 235746 I had ordered one of the gift boxes for my girlfriend and while she really enjoyed the box with everything that was included inside, the delivery service being with The Royal Mail however, was less than admirable. My girlfriend was working from home on the day the gift box was due to arrive, there was a signature needed upon arrival of the delivery of the box as requested via the email sent to me. What happened instead was the box was crudely fitted through my girlfriends slightly ajar window, while the curtains were closed and then tossed into what the courier could only describe as the unknown bouncing off my girlfriends computer screen while working. I would love to give this a higher review if not for the careless nature of the delivery service and lack of respect given for the gift box inside.”

We completely understand your frustration and disappointment, as this kind of careless handling is unacceptable and falls far short of the level of service we expect from them. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you and your girlfriend. The incident you described, with the gift box being crudely fitted through the slightly ajar window and tossed in an irresponsible manner, is not at all reflective of our standards or the respect we have for our customers' packages. We strongly recommend that you raise this issue directly with Royal Mail, as they need to be made aware of their courier's behaviour and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. We will also reach out to them to address this matter and express our disappointment with their service. “I have used treatbox a few times now and absolutely love it. It’s great to treat your loved ones with, or even surprise yourself with a surprise box. I got myself one for a bad mental health dip and it helped to cheer me up, and I was given some sweet messages in my box to help me stay positive.”

“I ordered the birthday advent for my friends 30th birthday and it did not disappoint! Beautifully wrapped and packed, each individual gift was good quality and the whole item was just wonderful! “Extremely pleased with the gift box I ordered. The ability to customise the box contents and a bad writing note just give it that extra special touch. The price was definitely reasonable for the quality of the items and even the packaging was top notch. The recipient absolutely loved it. There’s nothing better than a custom motivational gift for a friend in need. Ps, I also loved the personality within the conformation email, keep up the good work guys!!!!”
