“My latest order was for a melt burner and the item is so lovely, it’s cute as an ornament alone but it’s even more beautiful when you burn the wax melts. I absolutely love all the items I have received so far from treat box. I had the advent calendar for Christmas as a treat for myself and the items were fabulous. I loved them all, such lovely quality and beautiful items. I loved it so much that I have now joined the monthly subscription as a monthly treat to myself. :) and being as I have a big birthday this year I will probably have to have the birthday calendar too haha. Thank you for such lovely items and perfect delivery. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try. :)”

“Treat box great but I paid £8 for next day delivery and the box arrived 2 working days later! I emailed the company for a refund of the delivery fee and they ignored me!”

Hi Debbie 👋 Thank you for your review. We are so sorry for the inconvenience you have received. We have checked both your orders and they were both placed after the cut off time of 12pm on Friday the 22nd of December 23, this was displayed over our website and also through the checkout process. Any orders placed after the cut off time would have not arrived by Christmas as they are shipped on the 27th of December 23, I am sorry if you missed this. The orders were both sent special delivery on the 27th and arrived the next day. As this has been fulfilled successfully and as advised we cannot issue a refund for the shipping at this time.
