“I ordered my treatbox for a grieving fruend on November 6th, Today is 15th November and she still hasnt received it. I didn't think it would be my job to make sure it was delivered i thought it would be the companies job. A very disapponited customer”

“Thank you for yet another super treat box delivered to my daughter for her birthday on Wednesday. We live at a distance from each other and treat box is a wonderful way for me to send a gift that I can personally select specifically for that special person. She is always so excited to open her box and see what’s inside. I would recommend Treatbox. I have never had an issue with anything I have sent or anything I have received. “I thought this would come with a box, very dissatisfied.. I haven’t looked at the products as they are wrapped & it’s a Christmas for my daughter… I have had to buy an empty advent box for this.”

“This is my first time using TreatBox and I would certainly recommend. The recipient loved her box, especially the good news newspaper. My only negative comment is that I could not figure out how to order in advance and delay delivery but that was only a minor issue”

“My girlfriend loved her TreatBox! Lovely cosy theme, really generous with the contents, amazing that you can pick your own products too! Packaged with care and arrived promptly. If I had one request it would be to make it a little clearer that the TreatBox is THE box and not just the packaging (if that makes sense), I started to open it up at one end then realised what I was doing. 10/10 though, and well worth the 5 stars!”
