“This was my first order. I have seen these advertised on Facebook and Instagram and have been curious for a while. I placed my first order as a present for my mum and I am really impressed!! The box is beautifully presented and the items I chose were amazing, good quality and packed with care. Cannot wait to order my next box, I may get one for myself....”

“I bought a TreatBox for my friend to cheer her up and she loved it! I really love that you can buy a pre-made box or you can make your own, choosing how many items you want. There are lots of great add-ons too like cards and mugs. So many cute items to choose from and I was happy to see vegan options too”

“I was really happy with the experience and it arrived in time but the note that I’d spent time writing online didn’t come with the box??? So the recipient didn’t actually know who it was from!! Which was disappointing”

“I sent this to a friend for her birthday and she was over the moon. She said she’d never had such a present. She loved every item and she said the colours were perfect! The box was delivered quickly and a handwritten note made it very special.”

“Nice product from what the recipient says. Poor delivery procedure, confusing and contradictory. Refuses to give accurate dispatch date, condescending customer service. Not worth the hassle.”

After investigating, it appears that your order was dispatched on Saturday, as it was placed after 3 pm on Friday. Since Sunday isn't a designated delivery day for special delivery, the delivery attempt was made on Monday. Regrettably, as no one was available to receive the order, it was subsequently returned to the collection point for your convenience, allowing for redelivery or collection at your convenience. “I think I have found my new go to gift company. I was sent something from TreatBox from some friends, and instantly knew I needed to check them out. Mainly because how happy it made me. I’ve just bought a box for my sister and it made her day. She was so touched and brought her some smiles, which was much needed. Love how you can construct your own box too - some great gift ideas. Love it!! Will definitely be back.”

“Quality of items not reflected well in price. Several items have not lasted very long at all & printed items seem rushed & bad quality. The face masks are awful!!! Really advise against putting them into a box. (I don’t recognise the brand either so unsure how legitimate/dermatologically tested! Very overpriced. Consider putting bits together yourself, you will be saving yourself a good amount of money from Treatbox’s high mark up.”

I have search high and low within our system so that i can reach out to you regarding the order you are referring to? With regards to the products we source. Lots of our products are from other small businesses which we take pride in supporting. Supporting each other makes the world of difference. “The second or third time ive used Treatbox uk they never disappoint. Great communication and fast response to a query...despatch was good though royal mail messed delivery up ..the contents I chose were lovely great quality and pretty...especially the Polaroid photo. My daughter was over the moon with her Treatbox....thank you. I'm hooked.”

“Sent as a thank you to a friend the Mini Bestie Ready to go Treatbox was received on time, well packaged and a lovely gift ( my friend tells me - I didn't see it arrive). The biscuit was delicious and the ceramic hanging decoration was excellent. A nice way to remind a friend that they mean alot to you. I will definitely send again”

“Such a lovely box, we bought for a friend to make her smile and say "Thinking of you", it really had the desired effect and made her smile. Loved being able to pick the treats and tailor to the reason we wanted the box, everything was of good quality and been told the biscuit was yummy! Will be buying again to make others smile.”
