“After following TreatBox on Instagram for a while and seeing the care and effort they put into the products they provide, I decided to purchase a "Build Your Own" as a gift to cheer up a friend. The option to have the box delivered straight to her was very convienient and she was so pleased with all the beautiful goodies inside. There were so many to choose from and I love how they're listed on the website with those of a similiar colour scheme; it really helps to build a box unique to the recipient. The only problem I have is I now can't stop thinking of different combinations and people I can gift them to! I may even have to treat myself to one!”

“I love TreatBox, I have bought a few of the mini ready made boxes and some bespoke ones now as gifts for others. I love the joy it gives people to receive them, they are so really lovely and very reasonably priced.”

“I love the subscription boxes, they're amazing! It's so lovely to have a box turned up of gorgeous treats! From activities, to flower seeds, to keyrings, to cookies and sweets and other lovely gifts. I've also bought a surprise Mother's Day box and have spoken with their lovely customer service team who were fantastic. Can't recommend them enough. Their social media is always exciting to look through too!”

“The recipient of the treat box I sent had lost her Mum. She was touched by the gesture and is going to have the angel wings with her at her Mum’s funeral next week as a reminder that our thoughts are with her even though we can’t be there in person. The treat box was beautiful, reasonably priced, delivered promptly and a great alternative to sending flowers. Thank you.”

“I really like gifting Treatboxes to my friends and family. The quality of the products is really good. I’ve never bought one for myself but the feedbacks I’ve gotten from the people I’ve gifted them to are always really good. I would highly recommend.”

“Twice I have built a box with Treatbox and it's been fantastic every time. The selection is really nice and I love the mix of practical, edible and decorative items. My only wish is that there were more green items! But the items are great quality and have held up a year later.”

“WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Hugely disappointed and honestly, a bit disgusted with this service. They incorrectly printed my delivery label, so didn’t deliver my gift to my friend but didn’t actually let me know it hadn’t been delivered and had been returned to sender. I had to ask my friend if it had been arrived (ruining the surprise element of the gift) and then email them, at which point they acknowledged their mistake for the incorrect printing of the label. They then tried to charge me extra to re post the gift despite THEIR error. And then when I asked for a refund, charged me 25%. Very shameful way of doing business, would not recommend and will definitely be going elsewhere.”
