“I ordered a bespoke Treatbox for my mum's birthday. I liked how many choices of items there were so I could make the box unique to her. It was despatched and delivered quickly so it arrived in plenty of time and she was delighted with it, particularly the birthday biscuit and the happy news.”

“I am so impressed with my purchase. I have ordered for my daughters 18th birthday present ready for next month, and I know she is going to love it. There was a little bit of a hiccup with an item missing but the customer service was outstanding and the item was dispatched the very same day and received within a couple of days. “Ordered 2 Treatboxes , very happy with the service and items inside , i made a mistake and they sorted it straight out for me .a little treat for 2 grandchildren that had just left school and were very happy with the Items inside. “I had seen lots of lovely treat boxes on my feed along with some great reviews so I thought id send my daughter a little treat and I'm SO glad I did! “This is the message I received from my friend when her treatbox arrived: “ Oh my goodness, a treat box has just arrived for me!!! Thank you so much. I’m so so touched. It is lovely. “Love and care goes into every gift box from Treatbox and it shows. The boxes are high quality and it really feels like a special treat. The items inside are beautifully presented and are wrapped in a way that makes them just a joy to open. Their handwritten notes just really give it something extra. It always feels like a really special gift. I LOVE the 'create your own' style boxes so I can pick out things that I know my friends will love. There is something for everyone in their range so you can really tailor your gift to the person you are sending it to. I love that so many of their products are sustainability friendly. The things they make in house are also so unique and of such a high quality. I love their focus on self care and love too - it is so important. The birthday advent calendars are such an awesome idea for special birthdays and the Christmas advent calendar is a highlight of my December. I adore my Christmas mug and socks from the last couple of years. The customer service from Treatbox is excellent! They have been happy to help me out when I've done something silly like forgetting to add a gift message or do not open before sticker. Despite having used them many, many times, I have never had an issue with delivery or anything like that. They've just been brilliant and I feel like I can rely on them.”

“Nice items, plenty of choice . My friend liked it a lot. But the delivery process regarding holding back the order (until it’s closer to the actual birthday) could be clearer as you don’t know when it’ll actually be send out. Maybe add a not saying “we usually send it a week before the wishes date” to your emails .”
