“Item I ordered, small plaque & biscuit was just as seen on the TB website. Lovely little gift for my daughter. Unfortunately on arrival the biscuit was broken. I contacted TB and were very understanding and said would send me another biscuit even though the original one had been broken in transit. Great customer service. Thank you”

“Excellent range of products from a diverse price range to accommodate everyone's affordability. Swift delivery and was kept up to date on the order progress. Once delivered to the recipient, the box was presented beautifully and was very well received. “Very pleased with Treatbox! Was able to send a box out to family in Australia which arrived in time and in one piece. Took all of the shipping hassle out of the task for me and had a lot of fun making the box. My only technical complaint would be trying to make the box on my phone was difficult. I would hit the back button and loose everything. But no problems on PC.”

“I’ve just ordered my second treatbox. This one was for my niece’s 18th birthday. She lives in Switzerland and i wanted her to have something to open rather than just sending money. Treatbox ship worldwide which made it possible to send to her and I really enjoyed picking her custom made box. Brilliant website and service.
