“Very good customer service. I misunderstood how the delayed label worked and they get it sorted for me very quickly. It's a gift but I am sure they will love it when they open it tomorrow. Such a unique and lovely gift idea. I really enjoyed picking out all the different things to include.”

“Great product and really well priced... My only criticism is that I bought it as a birthday present and put the date on the box (it says they will be dispatched near the birthday date) but it was sent immediately, without a do not open sticker so the recipient opened it way before her birthday, ruining the treat a little.”

“I bought an enamel keyring for a dear friend who is in recovery from cancer. I was making her a care package and included the 'Positive Pants' keyring as I felt it was a nice addition as it was also pink and reflected that it was Cancer awareness month.”

“Item I ordered, small plaque & biscuit was just as seen on the TB website. Lovely little gift for my daughter. Unfortunately on arrival the biscuit was broken. I contacted TB and were very understanding and said would send me another biscuit even though the original one had been broken in transit. Great customer service. Thank you”

“Excellent range of products from a diverse price range to accommodate everyone's affordability. Swift delivery and was kept up to date on the order progress. Once delivered to the recipient, the box was presented beautifully and was very well received. “Very pleased with Treatbox! Was able to send a box out to family in Australia which arrived in time and in one piece. Took all of the shipping hassle out of the task for me and had a lot of fun making the box. My only technical complaint would be trying to make the box on my phone was difficult. I would hit the back button and loose everything. But no problems on PC.”
