“I got really small items (small chocolate bar and tiny bag of cookies) looked much bigger on photos but my fault for not reading small print. Last time I was really happy with my box, but this time I chose wrong.”

Unfortunately, it is out of our control how Tony's Chocolonely size their chocolate bars but we can confirm they still taste incredible. This goes the same for the cookie nuggs. “The box is absolutely lovely, but it would be good to have an option to choose between a feminine and masculine option. I bought this birthday countdown box for my boyfriend and the gifts are somewhat geared towards women.”

“I ordered a treat box as part of a leaving gift for a colleague. They loved it! The ordering process was so simple although I had difficulty choosing what to include because there are so many lovely items! As an added bonus was able to send the treats directly to my colleague through the post. Great gift idea, would definitely recommend.”

“I ordered 2 of the cable bags for my friend who has a ****load of cables in his van and its constantly in a mess. The quality of the bags is good, what would be an even better idea - a larger bag. Then it would be not only an amusing present, it actually would be a practical and useful one. Maybe the size of a pillowcase, or sack, I would have rather paid for one large instead of 2 small. Am sure he will make good use of them though.”

“Loved receiving my treatbox. It was a bit of a self care treat. Gonna use the face mask when on leave next week. Afraid the biscuit didn't make it past 10 mins after opening. Very yummy!”

“Looks nothing like the box online! The biscuit I received was broken. The writing in the card was terrible, unable to make out the words in the card I therefore threw it. Very little pink shredded tissue. On the whole very disappointed and will not use again.”

“Excellent customer service, when a parcel I sent got lost in the post they hand delivered it to my friend (the recipient) just in time her for her birthday. Brilliant choice of goodies, I always use Treatbox as my go to for gifting and recommend it to others. I’ve even bought some nice bits for myself from there too :)”
