“Brilliant customer service. Ordered for my mother in laws birthday but she kept not been in after ordering it as special delivery so sent it to the post office to collect. She went twice and they said it wasn't there so contacted TreatBox they looked into it straight away and were so helpful. 5 star customer service. Thank you Natalie”

“I found TreatBox by chance on Google whilst I was looking for “pamper” birthday box ideas and I’m so glad I did. I chose the make your own 10 item box and the choice of items you could add was so good. Admittedly I spent forever choosing what to add but it ended up looking beautiful. My best friend absolutely loved it and weirdly enough, the lady who packed my order and had written the gift message had pretty much the exact same handwriting as me! 10/10, would definitely recommend x”
