“It's a lovely idea with lots of nice options to choose and personalise, however I will say the "Next Day" option took 3 days(!) for me, and so unfortunately was late for the occasion I'd bought it for. I complained but was told this is just normal - so be aware.”

The shipping option is 24-hour tracked, but unfortunately it's not a guaranteed next day delivery. While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, there can sometimes be delays with the courier that are out of our control. “I’ve recently bought 2 boxes with 7 items in for 2 of my closest friends who needed a pick me up and each box feels personalised because I can choose what they’d like and use. The hand written note in each one is such a lovely personal touch & the items are beautiful. The service is absolutely fantastic! Both times I ordered on a Sunday evening and they both received their boxes on Tuesday morning! Wow! Love treat box so much and that I can spread the cost with clearpay. Superb!”

“I always love ordering from TreatBox. The socks are comfortable, the self care items are brilliant for home spa days and the wax melts are scrumptious to my non-existent sense of smell. My most recent order covered a few bits for myself (like my new, blue mig), some Mother's Day goodies, and the start of a retirement box I'm doing for my manager. “I’ve brought three different ones of these in the past week for Mother’s Day x2 and a birthday. A fab choice of products. I love the way you can mix chocolate treats with toilets or even jewellery. Each person that received them felt super special and loved. The wrapping was perfect and I would love one myself. Will be buying again in the future”

“Really really disappointed with the latest box I ordered. One of the items was damaged inside and it was 90% a different box. I ordered a joyful moments box and extra mug, this was for a colleague and friend to wish her well and to bring her sunshine. She instead received a Mother’s Day gift box, and a chipped coaster. I am hoping this will be rectified by the team. On a positive note I ordered the gift yesterday and it arrived today and the choice of gifts is excellent, if you receive the correct one.”
