“I ordered myself a birthday box as, living alone, and with no family, it’s the best way to make sure my birthday does not pass unnoticed. It’s arrived in good time and I was very keen to open it and found lots of lovely things inside it, I felt like a kid at Christmas. It was easy to forget that I’d paid for it myself, and it felt like a real gift.”

“Wonderful idea and easy ordering from a laptop, not quite so easy from a mobile but I am sure it will become easier the more boxes I order. Good choice of items but it would help if all similar products were organised together. This would make it quicker to see all colour combinations rather than having to scroll up and down to see if an item is available in a different flavour/colour.”

“Very pleased with the TreatBox that I sent to my daughter. I did a pick your own box of little things I thought she might like as I wouldn’t be with her on her birthday. She was very pleased with the things she got and thought the items very sweet. Everything was well packaged and delivered on time and I watched her open the box via FaceTime The little extra sprinkles made it even more special and I would be happy to order from you again”

“Lovely idea as an alternative to flowers etc great choice of items. My order was for an 8 year old whose dad died so it was a gift from a group to say we are thinking of you. The reason I scored 4, I signed up but never got the 10% discount email. So missed out on a advertised discount.”

We have had a look into the situation at hand and can see that the addresses provided on the orders were incorrect? Unfortunately, we are unable to know if an address is incorrect on an order unless we are informed. We truly are so sorry for the situation and can understand how frustrating it must be. As the confirmation email is a responsibility of the purchaser, it is there for them to check over and to contact us regarding any amendments before the order is sent. “The website is so easy to use! I loved putting my box together, so many things to chose from and I thought the colour coding of the items was brilliant 🤩 For what you get, I picked 10 items, I thought the cost was bang on, the little extras you can add at the end ( do not open till….sticker ) really great touch. It’s a great concept, well thought out and executed. I sure my friend will absolutely love it, I’ll come back and let you know. Xx”

“I was sent one by my parents as I am going through severe depression at the moment and it made me smile and the gifts were amazing. One of my friends is an amazing mum of two and her baby is barely sleeping and she has a toddler also. So I immediately thought of sending her one of these boxes so she can feel better and appreciated too!”
