“Arrived very quickly which is great but item arrived broken. Emailed to let them know, told them it was needed the next day for a gift so just giving feedback but sent another one out. Nice gesture but this also arrived broken. I did say please don't send another as it wouldn't arrive in time for when the gift was needed but they emailed back to say it's already been sent and that was it. Bit disappointing that both arrived broken as items are lovely.”

“My order didn’t and still hasn’t arrived! It was a surprise for my cousin. It was left in a “safe place” (what looks like the boot of a car) and she didn’t receive it. I am still waiting for a resolution from TreatBox. Very disappointing given the cost.”
