“The side steps I purchased from my l200 pickup were quickly delivered. All instructions and fittings supplied. The help desk was very helpful in confirming that the type I was looking for would fit my vehicle. Only negative was to the finish left at the points the plastic plates and back Kick plate have been riveted to the tube. I have had to clear away some sharp swarf that has been left over when the holes have been drilled, could have easily cut my hand when cleaning if I hadn’t noticed. This was easily sorted though and I am otherwise extremely happy with my purchase.”

“Mainly good experience (and I would use again) but not straightforward. I ordered roof bars for the Ssangyong Musso for delivery before 10am. Unfortunately they were not delivered until after 3pm. They did refund additional shipping charge. The bars were too short but again this was resolved 2 days later with deluvery of a longer set of bars at no charge to me. The new bars are a perfect fit and look good. Only gripe with the bars is that you cannot slide the ladder supports in and out without removing the rack and foot pack. The old Thule bars that I had allowed the supports to be inserted in Wongbar by lifting a lever on the side. Apart from that they look good and do the job.”

“Been waiting 3 weeks for my delivery, when it arrived there were parts missing from the order. Still haven't received what I have ordered 2 weeks after complaining”

“I ordered some wind deflectors for my Renault Traffic and they came with no instructions. I emailed TVA and they came straight back with some photos and instructions on how to fit them, which I followed and they are now firmly in place on my van. I would have given five stars, but had to take one off , just due to the fact that there should be instructions included in the box with the wind deflectors.”

“I purchased the Octane Running Boards in black for my wife's Nissan Qashqai (2013 J10) in order to aid access to bike carriers on the roof and to improve the look of the car. And I've got to say it does both! I've never loved the Qashqai, it's a useful family runabout, but with the running boards fitted, especially being black to match the rest of the trim, it looks great. Fitting was relatively simple, a couple of hours work with the right tools, and the brackets appear strong enough to last. Not cheap but you get what you pay for, so overall very pleased.”
