“Had ordered on the website but delivery took a week to get to me, so i had to return the item that i had purchased, but the sales team were very quick in refunding my money.”

“My first order with them was a 6 piece dash kit for my Trafic van. Order was was delivered in the stated time but that is all that was good about it. The dash kit which has a adhesive backing had come off it waxy protective backing and stuck in places to the paper instructions, making them unusable and fitting them I had to use glue. Also one part was missing so was a 5 piece kit. I sent a email to mention the above but no reply so had to send it again s few days later. There reply was they have not got the piece that was missing as it was a the last item. Also never replied to the items falling off the backing card. Basically they sent out to me what looked like a customers return and the above mentioned could have been easily spotted and myself contracted to see if I would except the item in that condition.... Which I wouldn't. Overall the transaction was poor and I will never use them again.. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.”

“Purchased the tailgate spoiler and roof rails, both in black for my orange transit custom, arrived in a couple of days. Really happy with quality and both easy to fit, they look really good on the van. Customer service is spot on. adhesive was missed from order. Sent email, instant response, appologie and product sent out and recieved next day, no issues. Will use again and Would definitely recommend.”

“First time that I’ve used trade van supplies and the speedy delivery and good communication is 5 stars, however… the running boards I brought for my Tiguan (boards were the raptor model) look ok now I have them fitted but the fitting instructions were absolutely useless, worst I’ve ever tried to understand and I’ve put together a lot of random things before, no wording, just one A4 sheet with blurry photos and the brackets would not fit properly, I ended up modding and bending them to make them fit but the whole process could of been so much less stressful. Shame really as I believ this is a good company. Ps the one video I found on YouTube doesn’t use the same brackets as the ones provided so again, no use at all.”

“Wrong bar sent, missing parts, someone else return sent to me, sent out a replacement bar, but this was damaged and not usable. Whole order sent back as not fit for purpose. Only refunded cost of item and not postage. BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS”

Hello Paul, We are sorry to hear about the issue you had. The first item sent did have some missing parts which we agreed to send out straight away. But unfortunately this was damaged in transit. We agreed with the customer to collect everything back at no cost to him, and a full refund was issued. So there was no cost incurred for the collection and the item, plus original postage was refunded in full. We do our best to prevent issues like this happening, but on occasion items can get damaged in transit, or parts may be missing from a kit but we always strive to work with the customer for the best possible outcome. “Website was easy to navigate, found what I was looking for and specific to my vehicle. Payment method was quick and easy, with communications of purchase and delivery updates through email, so I was kept well informed. Delivery was as agreed and the packed arrived in good condition and well protected for transit. The item itself is really good quality, though not yet fitted, it looks very easy to do as the flat surfaces are large enough to just tiger seal the item on.
