“Fantastic value. Only problem was that the item bought (hot wheels) was a christmas gift and the box said 'hot wheels" all over the outside so the person who the gift was for saw it and knew what they were getting. Plain boxes please!”

“Bargain item with quick delivery. Only slight complaint is item didn’t come in plain packaging, it had LOL splashed all over it. Which this close to Christmas when it’s a gift is not good. Luckily my daughter was at school when delivery happened”

“Parcel arrived in good condition within a few days, only reason 4 stars was telephoned on 2 separate occasions as they advised didn't have complete address which was strange as completed order online but definitely use again”

“I’m super happy with my item and the price, although when it arrived I was sceptical about the condition it would be in as the box it came in was very squashed. Hence the one star taken off as it could have well been a different outcome. Maybe think about how these couriers treat our purchased items, I would say with little regard to what inside.”

“Doll was great but the packaging used was terrible as when it arrived the box was all squashed in and it had damaged the Barbie presentation box inside...Flimsy packaging was used...Please in future can you pack well for delivery.”

“Ordered as a present, toydip offered a good price and quick delivery. However the parcel did arrive damaged which was disappointing. I ordered too late to contact and get a replacement though so had to give it damaged.”
