“Ordered 2 items, 1 was wedged inside packing box and the other was free to move around with just a piece of paper for protection. Suffice to say both items were damaged. I had asked for replacement items (with adequately sized box and proper protective packaging) but was refunded instead. Not very impressed overall.”

Hi Scott, We are so sorry for item was damaged on arrival, we cannot apologise enough. That paper is our protective packaging however, there should be enough inside to prevent them from moving freely. Apologies again for any inconvenience. Jacob
