“Brilliant service delivered within 3 days of ordering. Very well protected goods by air filled plastic bags and a box within a box. Great price very competitive , what more do you need ? will definitely recommend and use again when required.”

“Ordered late Wednesday night. Expected delivery Friday as they offered next day delivery. I ordered late so assumed friday. Received no confirmation email after purchase . Heard nothing by Monday so I called them to ask when I could expect delivery . Was told there had been an error and it hadn't been sent . Was then told Tuesday. Eventually turned up Thursday!!! No communication from the company until I actually rang to see what was happening. Product was cheaper but that didn't make up for late delivery which my customer suffered as I couldn't complete the job until the new tool turned up. Extremely frustrating . Oh and was told they would send an email explaining what happened but nothing sent.”

“Excellent tool, well packed and is already at work for me. Extar bonus was that it was delivered next day to the Isle of Wight which I can assure you is a rare thing. Price was also excellent.”

“Processed my order immediately and on its way, unfortunately DPD did not deliver when they should. Messaged toolstore and they refunded the next day delivery cost. Excellent customer service.”
