“I ordered this item as a gift for my grandson for Christmas. I was very happy with the service and the item was well packaged. As for the item I cannot comment but I am sure it will be very useful for him and I am sure he will be very pleased to receive it, putting it to good use in the New year.”

“tooldstore excellent service pity their couriers dpd cant be as efficent 14 days in no delivery of my item ordered just excuses their been a problem toolstore need to change their courier or losse their good reputation”

Dear Bernadette Thank you for leaving us a 5 star review! Due to strike action by Royal Mail, unfortunately other carriers saw a huge increase in demand for their services. Our carriers DPD did struggle to get out parcels due to the volume, totalling approximately 5 Million parcels through their depot and as such this lead to the delays of many parcels for our valued customers before the Christmas period. On checking your parcel status, we can see that the goods have now been received at your address. Should you need any further assistance, our customer service team are always happy to assist.
