“Fast delivery arrived when it should have. Sturdy well packed packaging. Only issue I would say is that a part of the plastic above the LED worklight had broken off. Hence why no 5*. Just have a little look over the body first to make sure. That break cannot have occured in transit.”

In terms of the damage you have referred to in this review, unfortunately I can't see that this was ever reported to our customer services team, and we would always endeavour to rectify any issues such as this asap once they have been reported to us. “I have no issue with the product or the speed the order was processed and delivered. My minor criticism, the torch in its packaging had clearly been kept on a shelf for some time as it had accumulated a thin film of grime - it would have been nice if this had been removed prior to dispatch.”
