“The phone was answered almost immediately when I called to ask a question. The website was easy to navigate and place my order. Faultless delivery was the very next day as promised. The Makita lawnmower that I bought cost less than on Amazon and the delivery time was considerably quicker than Amazon quoted. An altogether pleasant buying experience.”

“Arrived on time, I thought I had a good deal with this jigsaw until I opened it to find there is no blade. It would be helpful to have just one blade to make sure it's all working. As I have been working non stop I still havnt tried it out as have not been able to buy a blade.”

“Delivery was super fast and the price was way cheaper than anywhere else. When my Hozelock arrived, I thought there were parts. I rang the sales department who told me I had to email so I thought oh great, that is t a good start, how long will it take me to get this sorted out now. I emailed the customer service department and within half an hour I had a response, we were in a n email chain for a few emails going back and each response was super speedy and most helpful. I managed to locate the parts as they were sellotaped around the drum once I unravelled the hose from its stand. I found this company to be great to deal with from start to finish from best price, fast delivery, great customer service. What more does a customer want.”
