“I needed a nail gun and required some specific information. ToolStore UK was the first to respond with a detailed answer (some companies didn't bother to reply at all!). With this sort of customer service, I was happy to purchase the goods from this company in the full knowledge that they believe in the maxim "the customer first". Other companies take note: if you want to survive, always treat the customer as your biggest potential asset.”

“First time using ToolStore UK and I have to say the service was excellent, the tool arrived the next day and I was kept informed of the delivery at each stage. The only thing was the box was damaged but the DPD driver took a photo, luckily the product inside was not damaged. I will have no hesitation in using you again.”

“My order arrived surprisingly quickly via a reputable courier in first class condition. I haven't used the DeWalt saw I purchased yet so I am unable to comment further but all looks good.”
