“Organised company although issue with vacuum hose advertised as 2m long when in fact is 1m long and stretches to only 1.3m. Sent pics showing and await response”

“Hello everyone, I want to share my experience with ToolStore UK. I liked the store, and I found a wonderful product there. However, there was a slight misunderstanding with the delivery, and despite my expectations of receiving the item on time, my order got lost. I wasn't overly distressed about it, but the folks at the store handled the situation in a way that was most comfortable for me. I am confident that they did this with minimal inconvenience to themselves, and I also apologize for the situation that occurred. I will definitely purchase more items from them in the future. Overall, I appreciate them for ensuring my comfort, providing timely support, and resolving the situation. It was very comfortable working with them.”
