“Needed a new drill. Phoned them up, staff very friendly and helpful. Had to order online, very easy. Free p&p over £55, drill cost £54.45 so order cheap drill £0.95 free p&p save£5.99. Only thing was DPD delivery, said they be here between 1530-1630hrs but no-one came. Had a txt saying no-one was at home so drop it off at local post office, OK its only 11/2 miles down the road, no hardship but could of said that before save hanging around for it. Not the first time DPD done that.”
