We are sorry that the parcel was open slightly on arrival, but we are pleased to hear that all contents were there as expected. We will review this internally here to see if we can make any improvements regarding this particular product. We use DPD as our courier partner and the majority of our parcels arrive in pristine condition with no issues, so we are confident that this is an isolated incident. “The only company I've used that understands customers needs and gives a large range of delivery options. We decided to call at our granddaughters to give them a hand with the garden and required a Grass Strimmer for the following day which was a Saturday. We arrived at 12.00 and as they opened the door the Courier pulled up with the Strimmer....the mission was accomplished. Great company with an Excellent Delivery Service that will definitely be used again....”

“I have already been in contact with a very polite lady called Emma regarding my purchase, however your policy of not accepting returns which have been used is very disappointing ( how would I know if a tool is not fit for purpose until it has used?)the makita duc 150 is the worst tool I have ever bought and in future I will buy in store rather than online”

Our returns policy can be found on our website and we are very transparent that we will accept returns on unwanted within 30 days, as long as the item is unused and in the original packaging. This is in line with your consumer rights regarding the same and can be found here: https://www.toolstoreuk.co.uk/returns. Customers agree to our terms and conditions when they place an order with us. In terms of faulty items, this does work slightly differently depending on the issue and a few other factors, and our customer services team have been discussing this with you via email. We are still waiting on a response from you on our latest email which was sent on Monday (16.09). In order for us to advise you correctly regarding the next steps, could you kindly reply to that email with the requested information so that we can continue to liaise with you regarding this matter. “We are a small joiner business in Scotland. We ordered a Dewalt M Class extractor a few months ago - it has been great so we came back to Tool Store for a second one. It got delivered and I realised I had ordered the wrong voltage. I phoned customer service, spoke to Cheryl and got it all sorted out in 5 minutes! She was able to arrange uplift, advise on the refund process and provided a link for email reminder as the extractor I wanted was out of stock. The following week, I got the email to tell me it was back in stock so I bought it! Great customer service from Cheryl, phone answered quickly, emails responded to within minutes, good advice given. I could have bought this from another supplier but the level of service made me wait and come back to Tool Store! Thanks :-)”
