“Their delivery was actually next day on a standard delivery which is exceptional. Company fine. Customer service was helpful and emailed their supplier with a query I had, the supplier didn't contact me direct or reply as I was led to believe.”

Dear Declan, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and we are sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with the knee pads. I can see that you were liaising with our customer services team regarding this matter and we did in fact process a full refund for you after discussions with the manufacturer and them confirming a fault with the product. We hope that your query is now resolved, and thank you for choosing ToolStoreUK.
