“I ordered a garden hose set on a Friday, one of the ToolStore team noticed my order said to collect, considering I live the other end of the country, they kindly notified me they had changed the order to delivery, thankyou. This order was delivered the next day, amazing!”

“I read lots of reviews before purchasing which were all very positive. Glad to say that I was not disappointed with my order of a hozelock reel and hose. Delivery was free and also sooner than expected. Packaging excellent and all attachments included. I was delighted with my order and would not hesitate to order again.”

“Looked around for this item and Tool store was far the cheapest i could find. Ordered it and it was delivered very quickly and perfect condition. i admit i had my doubts as it was far the cheapest so i was wondering if it was genuine, but i can confirm its genuine and perfect. many many thanks.”

“Purchased a 20m Hozelock auto retractable garden hose. Very prompt next day delivery. Found it was too laarge for our purposes. Very prompt response frtom Toolstore to arrange return and full refund. Purchased a 10m auto hose reel. Again delivered the next day. Now successfully installed and working well. Very pleased with whole outcome and process.”
