Dear Jonathan, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible. Our customer services team have emailed you this afternoon regarding this, but we wanted to reply on here for you as well. Firstly we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. DPD will make 2 attempts to deliver goods before they are returned to the sender, and we can see that the driver did make 2 attempts at delivering this parcel which were both unsuccessful, unfortunately. If you could kindly respond to our email from today, we can then advise you of this next steps regarding your parcel. Thanks, ToolStoreUK.

“I order 2 vacuums on a 2 day lead in. I contacted you after 3 days because they hadn't arrived. I was then informed that the supplier had no stock until October. I needed the vacuums then. Why was the lead in falsely advertised? Why did it take me to call to find out they weren't in stock? On the basis of the above, I will not be using tool store uk again”

Dear Michael, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible. We have emailed you this afternoon regarding this matter, but we just wanted to respond to the comments about the delivery time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. The product you ordered from us is sent directly from our supplier and is advertised on our website as falling outside of our standard delivery times. On this occasion, our supplier was regrettably out of stock which meant the lead time was indeed longer than usual, but the product is not advertised as being available on a 2 day lead time as it is shipped from the manufacturer so falls under their delivery timeframes. Once again we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for the feedback.

Dear Austin, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and we are sorry that you were not 100% happy with your order. I understand that a member of our customer services team has already discussed this with you last week and confirmed that unfortunately, Makita advised us that the item is not supplied with the AC adaptor as standard and these are listed as an optional extra in the user manual. We have since amended our website accordingly to reflect this as we were not aware of this, and our customer services team member has discussed your options with you regarding this matter.
