“The Shed seems to ok but it could have been much better being Flat Packed rather than the very difficult way it was delivered as I found it totally unacceptable in my opinion and if you continue to send they way you delivered it to me then I suggest that you send a picture with every order to show the way its going to be delivered, but Flat Packed would be so much better and easier to unpack as well as a retired CEO of a News Paper Group then I expect your CEO to consider what I have said Regards John”

OK and the treatment coverage is even all arrived on a pallet and constructed in an afternoon - I opted to use screws instead of the supplied nails so that it could be moved or dismantled - instructions a little small to read for my eyesight - some of the pent roof aspects not clear for some configurations but as it’s wood at least you can improvise if needed - managed to fit this between a wall and fence panel with a little bit of reverse engineering where there was only 2 inches tolerance…not the cheapest but it will last a lot longer than the ones for less and it was delivered bang on time which beats some of the big names hands down!”
“Flooring was in 2 parts which didn’t line up so big gap in the floor unless altered and addition timbers bought. Missing parts including half a roof which took an additional 2 weeks to obtain. When the missing roof parts arrived they were not the same length as the original roof parts. All in all a poor experience of the company 😡”
“Instructions were difficult to follow , parts of the shed were warped and pieces of wood split. I had to make the best out of a bad job . Don’t believe the build quality reflects the cost of the shed”
“Ordered an 8x8 shed in April which took until the end of July to arrive! While constructing found several damaged shiplap boards and warped/bent corner strips etc plus I had been provided the incorrect nails and had to purchase them separately.
CS team were prompt to reply but I have ended up having to make the repairs myself pending another delivery of the damaged items due to a lack of trained fitters available from Tiger.
For a circa £1000 shed would have expected much better and would not purchase from them again or recommend.”
“I tried three times to order and pay for a 12 x 6' shed. All payments made and verified with banking app.
Email from Tiger sheds congratulating me on my order; closely followed by another asking me to complete my order. So, started the order process all over again; eventually phoned the order through after explaining what problems I had encountered. No apologies...just hope the shed is more professional than the call handler and online order process.”
