“Not sure where to start here so let’s start with the positives: 1) the quality is actually quite good 2) customer services are good to deal with (though I’d rather not have had to deal with them so much).
Now the negatives: 1) the bike shed is advertised as 1838mm wide. It is actually 1870mm. That’s not much of a difference but it meant that it would not fit in the gap that I had intended it for – which was a major pain. Maybe, I should have sent it back but I had it half assembled before I realised. 2) it came with two left doors; Tiger were meant to send me a right-hand door but they sent a door side instead. They got it tight at the third time of asking but it turned up 10 minutes early and I wasn’t there. The driver was very aggrieved which I though was bang out of order if you turn up in advance of an agreed (5-hour) time slot. If you are going to turn up earlier just phone ahead to let the customer know. In fact, it’s a common courtesy to phone ahead half an hour of so ahead of delivery regardless. 4) I ordered a can of water proofing to go with it. It arrived 4 weeks after the shed. I had hoped to treat some of the wood before assembly but that was not possible.
Overall, a decent quality produce let down by misleading measurements, careless packing and non-customer friendly delivery arrangements (keeping 5 hours free for a delivery is one thing. Having to do it three times and then have the driver turn up outside of the slot is another.”

“Did not allow me to order on line because my billing address was different to my delivery addres, although this option was available to deliver to a different address???? Advised on theor website to call their no and buy over the phone, the advisor told me that this option wasnt possible, took ages for someone to call me back, they seemed very disinteretsed in my purchase.”
“My review is based solely on the buying experience... don't bother ordering on an iPad. It's shockingly bad. My mother is buying a shed for us, so she called. Was told she couldn't order to a different delivery address than to an invoice address. Although you can on the Web page??!! I ended up having to do from my work computers. The Web page is very convoluted and some filters available on the iPad were not available on the Web browser... very frustrating..

“Shed its self very well made,however 2 of the tongue and groove back panels were the same side, so we ended up adjusting our selves, when wanting to purchase a second smaller shed customer service staff were not helpful at all ,both on delivery arrangements and discounts”
“Unfortunately, many of the pieces of the shed were broken, in poor condition, or just not fitting correctly. We've also got pieces left over after putting it up, but having re-read the instructions, we're still no clearer where these items were supposed to be placed. Not a great product sadly.”
“The shed is Ok, I did not expect to much for the money I paid. 6x 3 Shed £499.
Had to take the day off for delivery, Kept getting messages saying the shed would be delivered, but it never came. Managed to contact the delivery company, they said it will come the next day, but they will not be able to get it up the drive due to shingle drive, so had to take another day off. When it came we got it up the drive easy enough.
The shed itself was easy to build, instructions were pretty clear and a few options to build differently.
The door came with a mortise type lock fixed to it. The lock was engaged but no key for it, so had to do away with that.
One roof panel was the right size and the other was the wrong size, so had to do a bodge job on that to make it fit.
The only enjoyable thing was building it with my son.”

“Poor overall quality, very light construction, many finishing timbers to short to use without joining. Before painting standing inside you could see through the resin in the knots. The instruction sheet did not give much detail. All in all I thought poor value for money”
“Very disappointed with the coustomer service. I rang twice to speak to an agent to confirm the details of my order. I did not get through on two separate occasions so I requested a call back both times and I am still waiting. I just hope that my order is correct when it is delivered”

“Ordered an 8x8 shed in April which took until the end of July to arrive! While constructing found several damaged shiplap boards and warped/bent corner strips etc plus I had been provided the incorrect nails and had to purchase them separately.
CS team were prompt to reply but I have ended up having to make the repairs myself pending another delivery of the damaged items due to a lack of trained fitters available from Tiger.
For a circa £1000 shed would have expected much better and would not purchase from them again or recommend.”
“I bought a 12X6 Workman Apex Shed. They took an additional 3 months to deliver it. When they finally delivered it was missing the doors. When talking to the team, no one apologised for the delay or the missing parts and they tried to push it back as a thing that "happens" 2 weeks later I finally got the doors, delivered. The shed is very poor construction and the panels do not link properly. All in all a really bad experience and not buying from this company ever again. Hope they even post this review as they only seem to post good, excellent reviews on their website...”
