Placed order on 1/10/25 with estimated delivery w/c 10/11/25
Checked delivery date 2 weeks in advance and confirmed as original. Contacted Tiger on10/11/25 to be told Klarna had not approved finance and I should contact them.
Klarna advised Tiger were at fault as they had not activated tge transaction. Advised Tiger who apologised and isdued a revised delivery date of 8/12/25 but no assembly/installation date, so potentially into 2026 now.
Having moved from a property with 2 sheds to none, a shed is essential to allow transfer of boxes etc from garage to allow room for the car over winter. Also have garden furniture, wall art,bbq etc requiring shed storage to avoid posdible weather damage.
Essentially, a major customer service disaster.
I have requested some form of vompensation for breach of Consumer Rights Act but denied by Tiger.”

“Tiger had to install my shed early this morning. They arrived, loaded the wrong shed. The office had no apology and told me it’s my problem leaving my equipment in the rain. I Personally wont support Tiger again. Bad customer support and cant even deliver on basic orders.”
“I ordered my mini log store two days ago. I was told that it would be delivered the next day as it was well before midday and the web site makes a big show of ‘Next Day Delivery’.
This suited me fine as was able to stay at home and await delivery, which I did ALL DAY, but nothing arrived and worst of all there were no emails to tell me when it would come. A wasted day of my life!!
I have however received today (2 days on ) an email from DHL stating that they have received notification of my order and await delivery of the goods to them! So, it looks as though it may be tomorrow (Saturday) at the earliest before it is delivered.
And to think I could have bought it £20 cheaper on Etsy and would most likely have it by now! I went with Tiger Sheds direct as I thought it would be better to deal directly with the manufacturer. How wrong I was.
I look forward to receiving my log store and being able to review it properly.
