“Very disappointed with Tiger Sheds. Wrong parts were delivered twice, followed by months of delays, failed collections, no proactive support, and consistently poor communication. My old shed had to be dismantled, leaving my tools and bikes exposed outside in the rain for two months — and Tiger Sheds has offered no compensation or meaningful apology.
A company that came recommended, but a very poor experience from start to finish.”

“I had to get replacement doors and frame for my shed I brought 6 years ago. I fully accepted the rot to the doors and frame was my fault due to not treating properly and had asked for a quote. The quote took nearly 4 weeks and whilst stupidly high it included all the bits I needed. 3 times I checked the door frame was included before accepting. I was quoted a 2-3 week delivery so paid. 4 weeks later I chased only to be informed that they still hadn’t fully processed the order. 10 days after that I got my doors and fascia panels. No frame at all and the fascia panel were damaged with spilt dark stain. And now due to their delays it’s too cold to stain the doors to protect them properly. Absolutely useless aftercare.
Note, the doors are a custom size so you are stuck with them for a replacement and they charge knowing this.”
“Not sure where to start here so let’s start with the positives: 1) the quality is actually quite good 2) customer services are good to deal with (though I’d rather not have had to deal with them so much).
Now the negatives: 1) the bike shed is advertised as 1838mm wide. It is actually 1870mm. That’s not much of a difference but it meant that it would not fit in the gap that I had intended it for – which was a major pain. Maybe, I should have sent it back but I had it half assembled before I realised. 2) it came with two left doors; Tiger were meant to send me a right-hand door but they sent a door side instead. They got it tight at the third time of asking but it turned up 10 minutes early and I wasn’t there. The driver was very aggrieved which I though was bang out of order if you turn up in advance of an agreed (5-hour) time slot. If you are going to turn up earlier just phone ahead to let the customer know. In fact, it’s a common courtesy to phone ahead half an hour of so ahead of delivery regardless. 4) I ordered a can of water proofing to go with it. It arrived 4 weeks after the shed. I had hoped to treat some of the wood before assembly but that was not possible.
Overall, a decent quality produce let down by misleading measurements, careless packing and non-customer friendly delivery arrangements (keeping 5 hours free for a delivery is one thing. Having to do it three times and then have the driver turn up outside of the slot is another.”
“The ordering was easy. After waiting for my delivery on the agreed date. I only received my shed and no summerhouse. Apparently missed loading on the truck. Another date arranged, nobody showed up! 3rd date finally got it. Assembly date should have been re-arranged due to half order missing. Guys turned up, parts missing. They came back after all parts delivered, but my summerhouse is too close to the fence on one side (7 inch) so i can't get down. I was asked if i had sealant for the windows, didn't know i needed it. They don't do extra's like adding the handles hooks or shelving. Would i buy from these again? NO”

Placed order on 1/10/25 with estimated delivery w/c 10/11/25
Checked delivery date 2 weeks in advance and confirmed as original. Contacted Tiger on10/11/25 to be told Klarna had not approved finance and I should contact them.
Klarna advised Tiger were at fault as they had not activated tge transaction. Advised Tiger who apologised and isdued a revised delivery date of 8/12/25 but no assembly/installation date, so potentially into 2026 now.
Having moved from a property with 2 sheds to none, a shed is essential to allow transfer of boxes etc from garage to allow room for the car over winter. Also have garden furniture, wall art,bbq etc requiring shed storage to avoid posdible weather damage.
Essentially, a major customer service disaster.
I have requested some form of vompensation for breach of Consumer Rights Act but denied by Tiger.”
