“Ordered a 6 x 4 corner bar for around £450. Small project and small job in theory.
Bar was due for delivery on a Monday and never appeared. Contacted by delivery firm Monday night after I called to see where it was, and then received delivery on Thursday. Packaged very well and all parts present and in good order.
Came to build the bar on Friday which should have taken no longer than 45 minutes to complete considering the relatively small number of parts……however none of the small logs were prepared properly. None of them even remotely fit. Even with a small amount of encouragement from a rubber mallet! One log even split in half as was too tight to even engage.
Tried calling tiger sheds Friday afternoon, couldn’t get through after 30 mins gave up and filled in the online enquiry form for a cal back. 6 days later - still no call back. Have tried again for the last 2 days several times to call and always waiting over 20 mins and still not got through. Haven’t got the time to keep sitting waiting in line.
I’ve then needed to make a decision and either wait for a response or sort the problem myself…….in the end I went for it and have had to plane 45 of the joints by between 0.5 and 2mm to get the parts to fit.
This took a number of hours of work that shouldn't have been needed. More is the disappointment that no one has even attempted to contact me to sort a solution.
The final product is nice looking and is how it should be however the disappointment of the quality of preparation is annoying.
I have experience with building large log cabins and not once with other manufacturers have I ever needed to plane and adjust joints……..so shame on such a small product should it be needed!!!! Any comments Tiger Sheds??? I didn’t want to have to do this for a review but since no one had contacted me for assistance and I can’t get through sensibly on the phone to you I didn’t have much choice. Hopefully someone will see this.”

I have placed an order with Tiger Sheds, The order is not expected to be fulfilled until the 14th May 2025. I have been sent a number of no reply emails regarding suitable bases, potential delivery restrictions and Tiger Club Membership”

“To say I was disappointed is a understatement their was hardly any supports in each panel, just one in a 7 foot panel which was only 30mm thick by 42mm Bareley strong enough to to hold up the roof and I am sure if they could get away with match sticks instead they have, and mine was a summer house not a shed so god knows what they use for a garden shed perhaps its cardboard instead of wood. So if that was not bad enough. That was the good things about the summer house. So here is the bad things, the two doors had a 15mm gap between them at the bottom and a 7mm one at the top due to the hinge being on 2cm different to the other door, plus the door lock was fitted upside down so the key 🔑 had to be put in the lock upside down. To rub salt into the wounds when you go to fit the glass windows their don't supply anything to secure the glass windows, which they do not tell you about this on the website. I only found out when I read the instructions. My summer house was not cheap £1400 pounds and I had to buy materials to fit the windows. All I can say is you will be ripped off by this company.”

When I finally placed my order (over the phone) sales advisor Ryan was amazing, I'd even made a mistake and had to call back the next day, I was lucky to speak to Ryan again who was very helpful and sorted the issue. “Having bought on of your sheds 15 years ago we were sadly disappointed in the quality of this purchace. The 5 windows frames of the potting shed all needed substantial amounts of silicone sealant to fit the glass that was provided in order that they did not leak. Just not very impressed.”
