“Unfortunatly we have sent the tea pot back. On the 5th use, while pouring the tea out. the glass lid fell off and broke. The lid sits very loose on the tea pot and was a disaster waiting to happen. It was posted on Saturday and you should receive it in the next couple of days.
On a more positve note, I thought the Jasmine Tea had a nice tast.

“So far so good. Packaging is plastic free and made of paper. So my whole cupboard smells of those herbs. Does that mean my herbals are loosing their fragrance over time, and will my chamomille smell like lavander if stored in the same place? Not sure. Also I was expecting the lemon balm to be more lemony so to cover the valerian root a bit more. Lavander and chamomille very good.
No side effects with any of those, even so that is very subjective, I guess.”
“We ordered English Breakfast Tea No. 34 because we prefer the large leaf tea to use in our filter tea pot and it is difficult to get in the supermarkets.. This is excellent and we are very pleased with it.”
“I have a subscription with this company fo decaffeinated black tea. However when I tried to introduce a friend, the £5.00 off voucher didn't work for her. She rang the company, I rang the company, both more than once with no response. I then emailed and eventually got a response with a new code that didn't work either. Conclusion : the customer service is terrible and had I been able to get my tea elsewhere I would have cancelled my subscription Unfortunately the 2 companies which fitted my ethical needs were out of stock. I may try them again. ..”
