“I placed an order for 3 types of loose leaf tea, they were delivered very promptly.
I was a little surprised by seeing the bags arrive in plain paper bags, having got used to the fancy resealable bags from other suppliers, however I fully support their efforts in removing plastics in packaging and It gives the opportunity to buy some nice tea caddy's.
In regards to the tea, all 3 I bought were excellent quality, but 2 of them I wasn't massively keen on but the English Breakfast no 34 I think is fantastic. I've tried numerous teas from other companies and I think I've now found the goto tea I was looking for. This tea blend is low in tannnins, so it can be left to brew to develop the delicate tea flavours and stimulating high you can get from tea without getting overwhelmed with the bitterness of tannins.
So top marks to the U.K. loose leaf company for creating the perfect blend for me....I'm going to become a regular customer.”
