“The tea arrived promptly. While the tea itself is not of the highest quality – da hong pao of top quality is ferociously expensive! - it is certainly sufficient for me! The big thing for me is the fact that the tea arrived with no plastic packaging at all. The loose tea itself was in a good brown paper bag, the rest of the packaging was cardboard, and about as minimal as I think you could get. As a package, in the other sense, I happily give The Loose Leaf Tea company five stars.”

“First time purchaser and will use again. From ordering to drinking was amazing. The selection of herbal ‘teas’ was extensive as was the info that companied them. Great care was taken in the packaging and wrapped as if they were individual presents! The only irritation was that the strong smell of the peppermint that I ordered has tainted the delicate camomile a little. The quality of the products are excellent. The best by far.”
