“The teas are lovely and I would definitely purchase again. My only suggestion for improvement would be for them to be delivered in sealable pouches rather than in paper bags that have to be decanted. Luckily I had a few spare sealable glass jars I could use to transfer the teas into otherwise it would have been a pain to have to go and buy in addition to the teas.”
“Excellent quality tea. Delivered quickly and well packaged with a brew tips sheet included. Tea was sent out in brown paper which can be recycled so eco friendly too. This was my first order from The UK Loose Leaf Tea Company but I think I’ve found my new tea supplier.”
“I was looking for a on-line/mail order service to replace tea I usually buy from Fortnum & Mason, but can't buy from them on-line - not planning to be in London much I needed a replacement source - having tried several potential sources the nearest in quality and taste terms is the UK Loose Tea company - not quite the same, but certainly excellent - also I appreciate that they do a Russian Caravan version that isn't overwhelmed by Lapsang Souchong, pretty similar to F&M's - also has the advantage of being a bit cheaper - so all round an excellent purveyor of excellent loose leaf tea, who is also efficient in getting it to me”
