Having 'sourced' The UK Loose Leaf Tea Company on the Internet, the order process began. Due to the ordering format not 'understanding' me wanting to order for someone at a different address..... it took a long while until the intervention of a lovely lady - Gaynor, who was SO appreciated as a real person aiming to help when the 'automatic systems' in certain cases, are useless! The tea was speedily delivered together with accurately worded card a few days ago and I have had emails of appreciation and how delicious the tea is! Thank you ....the quality of product and the personal involvement, makes this company outstanding!”
