“I placed an order in January and received two teas (Rooibos and Honeybush) that the latter was so finely crushed they passed straight through the strainer. I reached out promptly to the company to ask if this was a batch issue and to get some advice.
I never received a reply.
It’s frustrating when a company is happy to take your money but goes completely silent when something goes wrong. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would have gone a long way.
Sadly, I won’t be ordering again. The product was unusable and the customer service non-existent.”

“Ordered decaf loose leaf tea. Arrived in good time. Found the breakfast tea a bit weak for my taste but is good quality. The Kenyan blend was better. Prices were comparable to other retailers and I would order again.”
“Loads of choice easy to order and fast delivery. My only issue is I ordered 500 grams of ashwagandha and it came with a shelf life of less than a month which I'll struggle to use it all by then. I think on the website it should indicate to you the shelf life so you can order accordingly to save wasting products and money as it's not cheap to buy from here.”
“I ordered four different teas. They came very quickly and the tracking was good. I have only tried the mango one so far but it is delicious. I am on holiday at present and am looking forward to trying the others when I get home. The fresh leaf tea comes in brown paper packages, well wrapped. it is good value as you get 100g in each pack, more than other retailers I have used in the past. I have jars that I can tip them into on my worktop. My only grouse is that the label with the information about the tea is used to stick down the packet so you have to rip it in half to open it. I like to cut the labels off and stick them to the jar.”
“I buy all my teas here! I just got a wonderful genmaicha and there is a wide selection of organic herbal teas that are always great. I have always received everything timely and carefully packaged in paper so I love the environmentally friendly packaging too.”
“The tea - decaffeinated organic and caffeinated organic - is good. Thank you! However, we found the shipping of the tea in paper bags was inconvenient and transferring it from the bags into a storage container led to spillage. We would opt for different packaging next time if there is a choice.”
