“I have a thing about sugar in COFFEE and I always used to buy Tate & Lyle sugar crystals however some years ago they stopped suppling them in the UK. I have tried all sorts of alternatives but none have been satisfactory. I came across the small sugar crystals offered by The UK Loose Leaf Tea Company and thought I'd give them a try for my cup of coffee. The website worked well and so did the ordering.I have now recieved my 5 packets and the sugar is great. I'm not really a specialist tea drinker but the quailty of the sugar and the great servcie offered has inclined me towards trying their tea. Excellent product and service thank you.”

My first time buying loose tea. Bought 2 types of mint and a sleep herbal tea and an in cup metal strainer pod. There is a lot of tea escaping from the pod as leaves are so finely ground, dust like. Didn’t expect that. Smell nice. Taste fine. But not really drinkable due to amount of debris in cup. Followed instructions carefully. Consistent results.”
“I ordered lime flower tea. It is nice quality tea. Just what I expected and was dispatched in good time. I didn't realise it was coming in a paper bag but that is very eco so I approve and I have put the tea into an airtight container as advised.”
