We mainly go for black teas and have ordered approximately 10 different types.
We are looking at replacing our currently tea due to a drop on quality.
So far LLTC teas have not been dusty and been exceptional quality. The teas all have great flavours though we have yet to find a really strong one we like.
We ordered 100g bags to try, these are giving us plenty of cups so it will be a while untill we get through our next batch.
Delivery has been quick and all teas were well packed.”
“ery disappointing experience
I placed an order (#131287) with The UK Loose Tea Company, and unfortunately the delivery was handled very poorly. The parcel was left directly on my doorstep rather than in the secure bench box available. I was away at the time, and when I returned it appeared that a fox or another animal had torn the package open. The tea was ruined and completely unusable.
This was quite an expensive order, and I was really looking forward to receiving it, so the way it was left was extremely careless. What makes it worse is that I’ve emailed the company twice about the issue and have had no response at all. For a business selling premium products, this lack of customer service is very disappointing.
I had expected much better and, unless the company addresses this, I can’t recommend ordering from them.”
