However since switching to the lemon green tea at the Loose tea company I empty it, I won't be going back to coffee and will be staying with the Loose tea company.”

“I have given you 3 stars instead of 5 because I have emailed you regarding an issue with your butterfly tea caddy having no seal inside the lid which means my tea is not going to stay fresh so no use to me now and very disappointed no one has contacted me.
