“The teas supplied were described as first flush Darjeeling teas. I have well over thirty years of experience of buying and drinking such teas and in my opinion the teas supplied by this company were very poor quality and were not at all like first flush teas from a Darjeeling estate. Making them as I usually do, they produced a dark and bitter brew more like a cheap supermarket tea bag in quality.”
