“Very pleased with level of service, prompt delivery etc, but feel some of the products could be a little less expensive, in particular the more "basic" teas such as the Weslh/Irish/English breakfast-style teas, which are Assam based and might probably be a bit closer to supermarket prices.”

“LLTC has a good range of products, though I have been particularly interested in their decaffeinated black teas, one of which I have been using for about a year. This has a good flavour (much better than those from larger brands) and is well priced. I have recently started using the decaffeinated Earl Grey which is equally good and I will be continuing with this.
The idea of using paper packaging on environmental grounds and to enable the delivery to go through the letter box is great.”

One suggestion would be the packaging the tea arrives in has the identification of the tea stuck down. I'd like to be able to keep the identification separate so as to know which tea is which.
