“Not to name drop but Tom Appleyard was recommended to me by a work colleague as they had a high regard for him with their mortgage and I can certainly understand why!! Tim is so accommodating, very easy to approach and speaks in layman’s terms with no jargon. I would say he goes over the norm and beyond for you. Once his side is completed second member of the team Tara Morledge (sorry another name drop) steps in and continues with the other side of the processes. Again very easy to speak to, contact from both Tara and Tom was excellent, even after office hours!!! Getting a mortgage is chuffin daunting for anyone, comes with many challenges involved, however with the help from Tom and Tara it was made easier. Hurdles no matter how tall were managed!
