“Really poor customer care - I have ordered from you before and have not experienced this before. I ordered the light I think in August and heard nothing so had to chase three times and when I eventually asked for my money back a light arrived. This was in November.”
“On this occasion service was poor, I purchased a lamp online on 2 nd of December with a 2/3 day delivery date . I twice received messages that my order was delayed ( no reason given) .I also rang customer service twice and was told that they would get back to me. When it arrived 13 Dec it was faulty.”

However, I would like to clarify, as previously mentioned, that the small hole in the shade is intentionally designed to allow heat to escape, ensuring the safety and longevity of the product. This feature is crucial to prevent any potential overheating issues, which, as you can imagine, would be undesirable in any home setting.
“Absolutely rubbish customer service. Paid £10 for next day delivery. They sent me the wrong item. I chased them for 1 week before they finally sent me a return QR code. I was never contacted when they actually received the returned item. I had to chase for nearly 1 week for a refund. When they finally refunded me they deducted the £10 delivery fee when they sent me the wrong item in the first place. Absolute madness, I would not recommend this company.”
“Bought a mirror which was very expensive but broken on arrival. Having so much trouble in arranging collection and refund. I will not be purchasing from this company in the future and would certainly not recommend others do either. Very disappointing.”
“I sent the attached email on 29th July
received my order, but when I put the lights in next to my other lights they are not cool white. When I was ordering them I asked what tone they were and was told cool white. As you can see in the attached picture they are a different tone.
So, alas they are not fit for my purpose.
I chased on 5th August, but have not received a reply”

The item eventually delivered was not the item purchased and despite the company agreeing to collect the item and give a refund they have done neither. I have sent many emails which they ignore and have had to take legal action against them. I would avoid this company like the plague.”
