“Had a query about a couple of products so spoke to James. He was very helpful and helped me make my decision. I ordered the product on-line but James followed up on that to make sure I had ordered what I wanted. The fire arrived quickly (to Highland Perthshire) and in good condition.”

“Very quick dispatch and delivery on a date of my choosing. The electric fire was as described, especially the dimensions. Fitted snugly into the gap. The fire has a very realistic flame effect, exactly as shown on the website. Good quality product.”
