Hi Matty, You could have always reached out to me for help! Anyway, you checked out as a guest (still 100% Valid) and there is no account held for your email! So this is why you can't log in! I can confirm you have valid tickets in the Draw you entered which is being drawn on the 27th of June.

“I strongly object to competition Web sites asking me to review them. Although I have spent hundreds of £ over the years entering such competitions I have never won anything and although I keep entering I do not even know if most of these sites are legitimate or scams and crooks??? Even if they are legitimate what is there to review when paying a fee / price online to enter a competition??? There is no product to use or review??? And since I have never won anything I cann ot vouch for legitimacy nor do I have anything to review!!!! So what is the purpose of this request????”

Hi Errol, I'm sorry you feel so strongly about this review request! And I do get where you're coming from. As yes there's nothing really to review. But the main aim here for us is to improve our trust, and a polite request for a simple review goes a long way in creating that trust, like you say there are many scam sites out there and you don't know who to trust. And hopefully reading through our reviews you will have seen we have been around for some time and are fully legit. cheers Grant Fox

“I got a thank you for my order for some competition tickets. Surely that meant I got a receipt email. Instead I got two emails asking me to finish my order. I still had the page open thanking me for the order. There was no further completion suggested, so these constant emails felt like a scam.”

Hi Andrew, Hopefully, a quick read-through of our reviews will inform you that we are not a scam! I have checked your order and noticed you did not create an account (it's not a requirement) but we have noticed that it confuses our website and can on occasion send the reminder emails even though the customer has indeed checked out successfully. A Winners email goes out every Tuesday morning, this is sent to those who have opted in to receive marketing emails from us! If you check out as a guest this box remains unchecked and it will be down to the entrant to either view the live draw or to view the winners post on our social media accounts. regards Grant Fox

“I signed up for the weekly and it said i had entered for the next week im not sure what has gone on weather the draw has been done or what... there no details about when the draw was i entered no dates of conformation or anything? Anoying”

Hi Jose, You have to bear in mind I am followed by a lot more UK followers than I am from the states! But your ticket/s will have same chance as there's and that's a fact!
