Hi Richard, There are timers at the top of each competition page! Weekly, Monthly, and Van. All 3 end on Sundays and we always carry out the draw live at 830pm Monday evenings.

“First time playing this and the results are not in so I can only comment on the use of website etc hence 4stars, but prizes seem great and the interface of website was very easy to navigate, payment is safe and secure. Now just time to see if I can be lucky for first time in my life 🍀😂”

“Hi Foxy. First I want to mention that English is not my mother tongue, thats why there might be typos in my text. I am Finnish but i´m living in Munchen Germany :) Second, I find this competition really great, because i´m starting my own business and I don´t have much income at the moment and I have been dreaming about beautiful fully mountainbikes and I realize that I won´t be able to by one in a while but your competition gives me hope with a low price. And during this covid stuff there is not much to do in the city exept go for a walk outside and the excitement from this competition is more than welcome. There would be lots of mtb trails outside of the city but missing the bike for that:) In my own experience, when i found out of your competition, I was excited, because the bikes in the competition are beautiful, but it would be nice to know the options in bike selection to choose. Or is it possible to get any bike in the world if it´s in the range of the winning price, I hope you understand what I mean. One pain point that I had was the payment. It was scary to put my card information on your website. You commented somewhere, that it is the same process like in Amazon and you explained why you are not using for example paypal, that was good, maybe that should be better explained for people to see it more easily (why it´s secure and why not paypal) Myself I don´t use paypal I just saw people complaining about that. You are using socialproof which is really nice. What I would like to see is Socialproof from people in their own words and if possible in video, if the winners are ready to make a short video of their experience with you, that would be great. And the last is that your competition is global but most of the winners are from UK. Atleast I had hard time finding winners out side of UK, I didn´t check out all the winners in your website, maybe show more socialproof of winners outside of UK so people from other countrys would get more exited. I have no idea how excited people are outside of UK about you but I started to doubt that do I have a chance to win or are these winnings going only to UK. Well that is how I see this, I hope this helps. Thank you for this competition, I appreciate your work and the excitement you create for people, it´s always good to have dreams and hope. Hi Jari, Thanks for the review. The DBC was started as a UK-only competition back in 2016 and grew quite quickly it has only been in the last 15mths or so that we have been global so there are not a lot of international entrants! Hence why most if not all are from the UK. As for Videos, We use to deliver the winners their bikes personally this obviously stopped during covid but if you were to search videos on our Facebook there are plenty but also most winners are embarrassed so it's kinda hard to get them to agree to a small video but those that have are on our page! Hope that helps
